How to submit updates to station data?

A few stations are out of date and some of the trivia too, is there a preferred way to submit changes? Examples:

• Pape: can’t walk in front of buses anymore, for several years (and will change again due to Ontario Line construction)

• Donlands: second exit is open, at west end of platform
